About 1 hour after I found out about Expedia, I found out that Microsoft would like to interview me, as well! I am so excited- 2 of the 3 main companies on my list want to interview me! :)
I am feeling super-hopeful now: let the good times roll!

As I mentioned in my last post, Monday and Tuesday were the GT career fair. I honestly do not think that life could be any better! Here is a lesson for everybody out there:
Hard work pays off!
Sometimes, Georgia Tech can seem unforgiving, but I promise- it is worth it, without a single doubt. :) On Monday, I went to the career fair, and I got an interview with Expedia for the next day. Out of 100 people, only 8 people got interviews for the PM position!!!! I had the one-on-one interview and got past that, and guess what? I am flying out to Seattle to go for the final round of interviews! I am really excited- we will see what happens, although I am feeling quite optimistic! ^_^
What a pleasant surprise: this means that I passed the first round of interviews at Google. We will see where this week and the next take me… I am so excited! :) It will be a tough decision, though… if I pass the second Google one, then I have to decide between Pardot and Google… that will take a lot of time and careful deliberation too. Anyway, that is all there is for now… just lots of excitement in my life right now! :) I love it when hard work pays off!!! :)
It is really amazing what a few weeks can do. Wow. Classes this semester seem very promising and exciting, though, like always! :) I love all of my CS courses. I am also really excited to see most of my 2110 students from last semester in some of my classes this semester. It feels kind of weird sitting on the same side of the classroom as them, but I am *so* happy to see them get past one of the toughest courses at GT. Anyway, I am just taking a quick study break. I am feeling OK for tomorrow’s interview: studying at home really helped quite a bit, especially since I just have to review a few more things. The way I see it: I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I will just try my best, like I do for everything else, and I will hopefully get to the second round, but for now, let me just get past the first!
Today *has* to be the best day of my life!! I checked my email around 3:00, and my DREAM company wants to interview me. I have a lot of studying to do, but I am really excited and motivated. I hope I do well. This would really be a dream come true for me!!! :) More later…
